My take on it:
* Bread flour (unbleached multi-purpose flour)
* 1 less tablespoon of olive oil
* Sauté two whole garlic cloves in the olive oil
* Add 1 tablespoon of “roasted seaweed coated with wasabi”
* Add fresh rosemary & thyme
